Zosia is a private AI workspace that runs on your own machine.
Your prompts, files and decisions stay with you.
This Zosia never joins the hive.
One machine. One owner. Your rules.
Private by design. Local by default.
Nothing moves without you.
HOW IT WORKS
01
Set the goal.
Tell Zosia what you want built. Its Architect proposes the scope, the approach and what “done” looks like.
02
Approve the plan.
Nothing runs until you authorize it, and the approval covers only the work you signed off on.
03
Zosia builds.
A full-size open-weights model runs on your machine. If the job needs more help, you can invite other AI agents. Each one works in a local sandbox and can reach only what you allow.
04
A second pair of eyes checks the work.
An independent Examiner reviews the result separately from the Builder before anything counts as done.
05
You accept, and Zosia keeps the record.
Every decision, attempt and approval stays on your machine. The next session starts from the evidence, not from scratch, even if you switch models.
WHO IT’S FOR
Founders and domain experts
— who know exactly what their software should do and don’t want to spend their days passing messages between AI tools.
Small studios
— building real applications with AI, who need to know what changed, who approved it and why it was accepted.
Anyone whose work can’t leave the building:
confidential documents, unreleased products, client data.
Coming next: research, documents, creative work and business operations, all run from the same private machine.
